Headquartered in Fort Worth, Texas, Burlington Northern Santa Fe Corporation (BNSF), through its subsidiary The Burlington Northern and Santa Fe Railway Company, operates one of the largest railroad networks in North America, with 33,000 route miles covering 28 states and two Canadian provinces. This network covers the western two-thirds of the United States, stretching from major Pacific Northwest and Southern California ports to the Midwest, Southeast and Southwest, and from the Gulf of Mexico to Canada.
Canadian National Railway
CN is the only railroad which crosses the continent east-west and north-south, serving ports on the Atlantic, Pacific and Gulf coasts while linking customers to all three NAFTA nations. CN revenues derive from the movement of a diversified and balanced portfolio of goods including petroleum and chemicals, grain and fertilizers, coal, metals and minerals, forest products, intermodal and automotive. Following CN's acquisition of Illinois Central in 1999, WC in 2001 and GLT in 2004, as well as its partnership agreement with BC Rail in 2004, CN provides shippers with more options and greater reach in the rapidly expanding market for north-south trade.

Union Pacific Railroad
Union Pacific Railroad is an operating subsidiary of Union Pacific Corporation. It is the largest railroad in North America, operating in the western two-thirds of the United States. The railroad serves 23 states, linking every major West Coast and Gulf Coast port and provides service to the east through its four major gateways in Chicago, St. Louis, Memphis and New Orleans. Additionally, Union Pacific operates key north/south corridors and is the only railroad to serve all six gateways to Mexico. UP also interchanges traffic with the Canadian rail systems.
Operation Lifesaver is a national, non-profit education and awareness program dedicated to ending tragic collisions, fatalities and injuries at highway-rail grade crossings and on railroad rights of way. To accomplish its mission, Operation Lifesaver promotes 3 Es: Education, Enforcement, and Engineering.
Twin Cities Western Railroad
TCWR is a regional railroad operating 229 miles of track. Operations commenced July 27, 1991 between Minneapolis/St. Paul and Milbank S.D. TCWR's traffic base consists of grains, soybeans, sugar, beet pulp pellets, lumber, canned and frozen vegetables. TCWR operates trains six days a week between the Twin Cities & Renville, with two or three day service as far west as Milbank. Approximately 55 people are employed at TCWR with a majority working out of Glencoe, our base office.
Minnesota Prairie Line
MPLI is the agent/operator of 94 miles of track between Norwood and Hanley Falls, MN, which is owned by the Minnesota Valley Regional Railroad Authority. MPLI operates trains six days per week between Norwood and Wood Lake, with service west to Hanley Falls as needed. MPLI employs approximately 8 people in the Maintenance of Way and Transportation departments, with TCWR employees handling all operations, accounting and administrative items.
